Tour El Questro Wilderness Park
El Questro Wilderness Park is one of the most exciting destinations to visit in the Kimberley. The park, located about 100km west of Kununurra (from where some of our tours depart), is over 1 million acres in size, stretching around 80km down into the heart of the Kimberley, much of which has yet to be explored, making this a fantastic experience for those who want the real outback experience. In saying that however, a trip to El Questo is suitable for all tastes and occasions – there are touring options for families, adventure seekers or couples wanting some romance!
Explorers are rewarded with sights of gorges, rivers and cliffs that are quintessentially Kimberley, as well as the opportunity to see hundreds of species of local wildlife.
El Questro Day Tours
If you’re stuck for time but don’t want to leave the Kimberley without stopping by and seeing the sights at El Questro, a full day tour departing from Kununurra gives the perfect overview of El Questro. Highlights of your day out in El Questro include Emma Gorge, Zebedee Springs and a Chamberlain Gorge cruise.
El Questro Longer Stays & Accommodation
If you’d like to spend longer exploring El Questro we also have a range of longer tours and spectacular El Questro accommodation. There’s accommodation in El Questro to suit all tastes and budgets – you can stay at the Emma Gorge safari cabins; the Station bungalows or camping; or the Homestead where you can book into luxury rooms or suites. If you’re staying at El Questro, there are plenty of touring options from within the park, allowing you to explore the park from boat, 4WD, helicopter or horseback.
